The HBA is a private 501c6 mutual benefit corporation that contracts with the City of San Diego to provide services to the neighborhood of Hillcrest. For almost 100 years, the HBA has worked to improve the neighborhood of Hillcrest. The HBA is annually audited by the City of San Diego and recently successfully completed an audit by the IRS.
